I’m Jami Enger, Founder and Principal Consultant of Koru Aesthetic Consulting. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked inside high-performing cosmetic plastic surgery practices, partnering closely with board-certified plastic surgeons to help them build refined, high-touch practices that reflect the quality of their clinical work. Koru was founded to support surgeons who are exceptional clinicians but want greater clarity, consistency, and performance across their operations, teams, and patient experience. My role is to ensure that the business, brand, and patient journey fully support the level of care you deliver so your practice can grow with intention, integrity, and sustainability.

The Practice
For over two decades, I was embedded in a busy, award-winning cosmetic plastic surgery practice. I hired and trained teams, managed daily operations, coordinated complex patient care, and expanded marketing and social media initiatives in alignment with the surgeon’s reputation and standards.
That experience shaped my approach. I learned that long-term success in aesthetic medicine is not driven by volume or trends, but by strong systems, well-trained staff, thoughtful patient education, and a patient experience that feels seamless, reassuring, and elevated at every touchpoint.
I am as comfortable coaching a front desk team as I am working with surgical coordinators and leadership. My focus is always practical and measurable; reducing friction, strengthening patient conversations, increasing ethical surgical conversions, and ensuring marketing feels confident, refined, and authentic.
